We are looking for several experienced Property Technicians for our portfolio in Västra Götaland. With us, you will work closely with our tenants on varied tasks and have a great responsibility to ensure our properties maintain a high standard.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervision and rounds of our properties
• Ongoing maintenance in our residential properties and commercial premises
• Troubleshooting and repairs for service requests
• Energy efficiency and energy optimization in our properties (in collaboration with the Operations Manager)
• Repairs and actions for reported issues
• Conduct inspections and document the status of apartments and premises
• Case management via our digital case management system

You will work closely with the Property Manager, contractors, and other colleagues to ensure a safe and pleasant living and working environment for our tenants.

Qualifications

Several years of documented experience as a property technician or equivalent, preferably within residential properties

• Practical knowledge of building technology and experience in performing operations and maintenance work in properties
• Experience in electrical and plumbing work, or similar competencies
• Familiarity with Office 365 or similar digital tools
• Driver's license B
• Fluent communication in Swedish, both spoken and written

We particularly value if you have:

• A background in construction combined with knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical work (e.g., one-to-one replacements)
• Experience working independently with troubleshooting, planned maintenance, and smaller projects
• Experience in systematic troubleshooting and energy efficiency
• Familiarity with documenting and working in case management systems
• Good communication skills and experience with customer contact.
• A positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
